We live by the mantra “How you do anything, is how you do everything”. We pay close attention to details and this includes shipping and packaging.

Packaging

We do everything to make sure the watch reaches it`s new owner in perfect condition. Every watch we send out is securely and tightly stored, purposefully wrapped and packaged in oversized carton boxes. When the watch happens to have no original box or the original box fitment is not tight enough, we package your watch in our own watch roll.

Shipping and insurance

We offer a complimentary worldwide shipping, use a trusted and insured delivery partner and typically ship within 2 business days after receiving your payment. Note that due to security reasons we only ship from Monday - Wednsday.

If you prefer, Marcus or a dedicated member of our team can personally handle the delivery. The expenses for direct delivery will be covered by the client. Feel free to contact us to discuss the available choices and obtain a customized quote tailored to your preferences.

Taxes and duties

Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes imposed during import to their country. We are not able to estimate or waive these fees.
